440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 4.8%. Clear and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of honey, a little citrus, and floral, herbal and grassy hops. Smooth mouthfeel. Pleasant and refreshing flavour, not too sweet, with the same elements as the aroma.

Endangered species No.61, from the generally excellent Wicklow brewery. A pilsner brewed with honey. It's nice and light, slightly toasty malts and subtle honey notes. Crisp and refreshing on the way down.
