A: The beer is very dark brown in color. It poured with a short beige colored head.
S: Light aromas of nutty malts are present in the smell.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a little nutty and has a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This brown ale has nice aromas and flavors of nutty malts.

I like this brewery, but this brew disappoints (oddly no date where it should be). 22 oz bottle. Pours flat, smells appropriate hints of roast, taste thin of off-chocolate, thinner than a newky brown (which is blended I think), little to no head, no lacing. Sour aftertaste.
