This is a fairly good, light, tasty, if somewhat thin, American wheat ale.

Light amber, very faintly hazy, with a thin white head, it has decent lacing.

The aroma is light grain and citrus.

The taste is similar, with a prominent, lightly aromatic, grain flavour, a hint of hazelnut, that really is noticeable near the finish. It has only light sweetness and light bitterness, with a light citrus quality as well. This is very light and a bit fizzy. It has pretty good, if mild, flavour all-round and is generally well-balanced.

Appearance – This one had a light white head that was pretty but didn’t come up much. The body was cloudy and dimly orange.

Smell – There was a faint American wheat aroma here and even some light grain, but that was about it.

Taste – The wheat comes out bigger at the taste, and there’s a light fruity citrus flavor like a cross between an orange and a lemon.

Mouthfeel – This one was in between light and medium-bodied with some wimpy carbonation.

Sinkability – I couldn’t finish this 4-ounce taster.
