Appearance - Pours hazy and light orange in color, quick burning head that leaves a barren surface, and no lacing.
Smell - Strong lime aroma, lesser vanilla.
Taste - Follows the nose. Prominent key lime that bites, while lesser vanilla, cream and a hint of crackery malt comes through. Finish has a lightly bitter lime rind bitterness.
Mouthfeel - Light-to-medium in body with fair carbonation. slick but dry, especialy as it reaches the finish.
Overall - Solid key lime pie sour, though I think a bit more balance would have made this better. Just too much lime used, I think, overtaking more of the sweeter pie qualities.
