Ok beer the Rye was there but that was it, almost no hop taste aroma was flat.
Nice dark brown color the spice of the Rye made this drinkable but not what I want in an IPA. Cheers

This is a new IPA from Third Street, and overall it is a very good, solid American-style IPA.
Dark Golden/Amber, it has a smallish off-white head slowly shrinking to a foamy ring and wisps with a little lace.
Aroma is sold resiny-spicy citrus and raisiny bread.
Taste is similar but more complex, light sweetness underlying spicy-resiny-citrusy bitterness - not strong but dominant and mildly assertive most of the way but becoming slightly sweeter and more balanced in the finish, which is nice. Resiny-spicy-citrusy bitterness with lightly raisiny bread crust and dough. It's characterful yet nicely drinkable, as well.
