Clear light gold. Thin, bright white head settles to a complete cap.
Nose is initially quietly malty. With time, some characteristic mild fruity notes appear, as does a more vocal malt component.
Palate is all malt, although it does manage to be crisp, which is not such a bad thing on a 90+ Missouri summer day. There is a distracting hint of diacetyl. Low level of carbonation makes the beer quite thirst-quenching.
