Appearance: Cloudy orange/light amber

Aroma: Subdued malt, lots of hops

Taste: Very nice. Hop-dominated like an American IPA should be. I am going to guess that it was dry-hopped with Cascades, among others. The malt is significant, but the primary flavor is a floral, somewhat citrusy hopiness.

Mouthfeel: Very creamy in texture – almost as creamy as cask-conditioned. Subtle carbonation. Some will prefer a fizzier IPA than this one, but I loved the mouthfeel for a small beer.

Drinkability: Top notch. I’m not a session beer guy, but I’d be happy to slam several of these.

A real nice effort by Steve Neukomm. Put this one on year-round, please!
