this is their main ipa in here, although the name suggests otherwise. its a good one too. a little different than most. its hazy like their other pale and hoppy beers down there, a little more bitter, but really flavorful. it has a lot of body and crispness too for the style. i am wondering if it has some wheat in it, if it was fermented cooler than normal, or maybe both. the hops are citrus driven, and not way different than in their pale ale, just more of them and maybe a little longer boil to present the bitterness a bit more. its fluffy feeling and expansive on the palate, but even with that, not all that carbonated. smooth though and easy drinking for the bitterness level. i liked all the beer here, none of it seemed overly adventurous, but it was all pretty distinct from the rest of whats out there. seems like they have carved out a nice little niche where they are, as they whole bar was packed with regulars drinking this one and the pale. i bet we hear more and more about these guys as time goes on. solid colorado ipa.
