Black with reddish edges. Abundant light brown colored foam, beautiful and creamy.
Quite delicate smell, dark malts, light roast, a bit of burnt. Rye spicy notes, and cereal. Unripe nuts, cocoa.
Quite easy in teh mouth, again roasted notes, and bitter, root-like, vegetable, cocoa, artichoke, chicory.
Dried fruits, again roast and burnt. Almond.
Great dryness, great drinkability.
