Pours an orangish gold color into a typical pint glass. Has a beautiful white head with abundant carbonation. A very surprising color for a pilsner. The smell is faintly hoppy, not much. The taste is pleasantly and surprisingly crisp, with a mils citrus finish. Would make a great brew on a hot day after working. Will definately buy more when in the area.

12 FLUID OUNCE bottle
Served in a pokal glass
L - It is amber with golden highlights. It has a haze to it. It is capped with a couple inches of eggshell head.
S - It has a fruity nose. The essence of the yeast comes out giving an almost Belgian smell to it.
T - The taste is pretty crisp. I get the slightest taste of grain. It has a clean finish.
M - Medium
O - It is a unique take of the style. The bottle is far better than the draft I had at the taproom. It was actually refreshing but yet different.
