Served in an oversized wine glass
L - It is copper in color with rust colored highlights. An inch of beige head tops off this one.
S - The aroma is sweet. I get some molasses and dates. There is a Belgian yeast smell that delivers some spiciness.
T - The taste is similar. It starts out sweet, almost candied, in flavor. There is the spiciness as well. It definitely has a Belgian feel to it, but no definable style.
M - Medium leaning towards full
O - All of the beers from Old Mill have tasted a lot better in the bottle than on draft which I find rare. This is a decent beer. There is just nothing special about it to make it stand out.
