I had a full draft of this a couple of weeks ago at the HopCat in Louisville. It is a very solid stout. I did not think it tasted of coffee or chocolate, flavors that are common in most stouts these days. To me, that's a plus. I'd definitely drink it again.

From the growler via Jungle Jim's Eastgate in a snifter. This excellent stout
pours a dark brownish black with subtle cola highlights and a nice head of
off white foam that settles to a thick ring, thin subtle wispy pool, and sports some
decent light lacing. Nose of rich coffee, char, roast, smoke, and dark malts
with touches of caramel and brulee brown sugars. Flavors surpass the nose
with aplomb; deep roasted coffee awash in char and light smoke over a layer
of dark breaded malts and subtle spice of white pepper and dark bakers
cocoa. Very nice mouth feel; medium full body, light carbonation, and a
lightly dry and deeply roasted bitter malt finish.
Very nice and most rewarding after a long day.
Cheers

On tap at the brewery taproom in Lexington.
Clear but dark brown body with nice ruby colored edges. Good beige head.
Brewed to style with a nice clean malty flavor.
Smooth, full body with medium light carbonation.
Exceptional aroma and a relatively spicy flavor.

When life gives you lemons, you make beer! Or at least that's what happened with a mishap in the brewhouse happens on the inaugural run of their now famed oatmeal stout in which the "oops" gave it a decidedly chocolaty twist.
Its dark mocha stain eludes to the decadent coffee and chocolate that will eventually seduce the nose and satisfy the taste. But first, the lavish dark ale takes on a milky viscosity, reminiscent of milkshake that's equipped with a meringue foam cap.
The first sip slathers across the tastebuds giving a wonderful burnt sweetness of caramel and vanilla. And that full saturation of columbian-type coffee, bittersweet chocolate and roasted, candied pecans finish the taste before a woody bitterness leans modestly hoppy and coffee-like.
Its full and creamy texture is silky and smooth, again charming the palate with the calm of heavy whipping cream and vanilla. Its long and savory finish is slow to relinquish its cocoa infused grip.
