I got a 4pck of tall boy cans of this beer from the brewery whilst in Lexington for a guys beer trip. It poured a hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had wonderful mango and pineapple presence. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with fresh mango, pineapple, and guava presence. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer.

Tap in a tulip. Golden and hazy with a thin white head. Nose nice but not remarkable - hops and tropical fruits. Deep hop presentation on first sip. Treasonous pine flood the tongue atop a flood of citrus and sweet malt. An excellent and drinkable IIPA that calls for more.

With the fanfare of the Wonderland (Wonderlust) IPA, the natural procession is to try their hand at a stronger, more flavorful and even more balanced hop-bomb of a beer to keep the hop-heads running back for more.

Ethereal's Hop-Shaka-Laka kicks off with a glowing amber pour, highlighted with a sturdy foam cap. Heavily focused on the more aromatic and finesse tropical-flavored hops, the aroma is perfumy with tangerine, mango, pineapple and chive. Its early taste is lightly candied with honey and caramel to bring out better fruit impressions from the hops.

Its sweetened middle palate gives the fruity hop flavors a riper, juicier and more vibrant tropical punch taste, along with red grapefruit and nectarine. Hints of papaya and passionfruit continue its exotic taste ahead of the hoppy turn to soft resins and fragrant pine to close the session.

Its medium body remains juicy even through the taste continues to dry, developing into a remarkably refreshing and drinkable ale despite its strength. As the sweetness lifts, its creamy carbonation upholds the bitterness of fresh spruce shavings, grass clippings and an aftertow of chive. Echoes of fruit resonate on the retro-olfactory sense as the taste comes full-circle.

Big Fruity hop aroma grapefruit, mango, Resiny hop flavor with a dry finish and alcohol warming. no lingering astringency quite quaff-able considering the ABV. This was consumed at a private tasting and I cannot wait for them to scale it up.
