Three gallons. That's all there was of this release at Ethereal's 1st anniversary party, and it lasted less than 9 minutes.
For those who got a glass, they realized the sour game has been changed in this state (and beyond) forever. Right off the tap, it looked slightly cloudy, and the nose suggested fruity sourness. On the taste, it was light, with peach sweetness and a solid, face-smacking bite of lambic. If someone had slipped this into a Cantillon flight, before or after Fou, no discerning palate would know this didn't belong.
It may not return for another year, but when it does....I will be there.
