Pours a golden color with a small white head that falls quickly no real lace.
Aroma is light peach, apple some light cobbler like sweetness underneath the fruits along with hints of spice from the yeast and light tartness.
Taste is like the nose peach and apple dominate lightly and tart and acidic moving to light bread like sweetness then the carbonation brings in the spice from the yeast that mingles in the finish with some more tartness.
Mouthfeel is light and crisp.
Overall a nice little saison with peach notes and the apple my brain invented.

On tap at HopCat, into a tulip. Pours a clear amber, little head, no lacing. On the nose, nice peaches, some modest lactic tartness, a little yeasty and bready malt, some strange (yeasty?) spiciness that only works modestly well for me. Notes don’t have much depth. Some interesting parts, but it doesn’t entirely add up. Mouthful is thin and watery. For the most part, this strikes me as an interesting experiment that is worth a shot, but from my pov, was only ok.

With summer drawing to a close, the harvest season is in full swing. Bright, full flavored, ripe and abundant, the Kentucky peach scent seems ripe for the pickin's. Ethereal and Against the Grains embark upon the fruit with a blend of spicy saison yeast and tangy lactobacillus bacteria for a fermentation that yields sourness and ethanol.
Bright in its perfume, orange, lemon, lime and apple link up with the orchard fruit for a succulent juiciness that resonates soundly to the nose. Even peachy to the eye, the beer's bubbly hues take on the fleshy, amber and golden colors of the actual fruit. Hazy and popping with bright effervescence, the tongue is awaken with zesty fruit, sweet pulpiness and a scant undertow of croissant-like breadiness.
As the moderate level of candied sweetness and light breadiness trail into a dry taste, the sourness begins to build and eventually dominates the middle palate with the acidity of white wine, crabapple, lime, lemon and gooseberry. With the fruit sweetness dissolving, the peach's acidity complements the tartness with its own peppery, zesty spice. The saison yeast lays down its own peppercorn, papaya and light must for an estery-spicy tandem to close.
Medium-light but trending dry and acidic, the beer's sourness breaks up the malt with ease as a peppery bite with vinous-like alcohol working to keep the session light and lively. Only a trail of recognizable peach remains along with an afterglow of wheat and peppery must.
