Ethereal Brewing turned 2 this weekend, so it rolled out a number of new beers. Last year, Ethereal made a stamp on the local scene with Baba Yaga and Peach Lambic at the 1st anniversary. This is one of the new can't-miss beers. Rum Barrel Imperial Milk Stout with maple syrup, coffee and vanilla.
It's just this side of black in color, and the maple is pronounced all the way through without dominating. The vanilla and coffee are secondary, but prevalent.
