Golden color with again a nice white head. Good lacing leftover. nose is sweet and cereal like. Taste is also sweet with a follow-through of the malts. Honey like taste across palate.

To brighten the day, the mood and the palate, the Ethereal team rolls out a classic Belgian pale ale that does all things that Belgian beer is expected to do- fruit, spice, dry, bubbly, winey -all that on a light, soft palate.
Mouse King pours the typical pale blond hue with the yeasty haze that puts Belgian beer on the culinary map. Its light and fluffy froth is tall and honeycomb in its structure. Perfumy aromas lead with curacao orange, coriander, citrus, pepper, white wine and the soft malty sweet scent of pastry. Light honey and cookie dough is met with a whole wheat breadiness for an early flavor that's soft and grain-like.
As the typical carbonated nature of Belgian ale pushes the ale from the tastebuds, an arid taste and texture takes hold. Its perfumy aromatics are amplified as the taste of lemon, orange, pear, white grape and honeydew wash the tongue with delicate fruit favor. Its balance of spice is moderate with white pepper, clove, vinous spice and grassy, peppery hops. A bold wine character of chardonay frames the beer's final taste while an echo of wheat and dough return.
Medium in body, the beer's dryness is balances with a light residual sweetness of honey and the proteins of wheat. These give a roundness to lingering spice, perfume and fruit as the ale trends medium long in aftertaste with kiwi, white pine and white pepper.
