Doesn’t get much better than this. Clear as can be. White Head with nice lacing omg. Hoppy dank nose. The citrus and hop bitterness liven up the palate. Great beer.

When you use a hop that goes all over the place, then you can use a single source hop without losing out on complexity, balance or taste. That's what the brewers at Ethereal know oh so well when rolling out an IPA that allows those Mosaic hops to shine.
Pale gold with hints of amber, the frothy ale reels in the senses with the floral array of citrus, tropical, woodsy and berry-like scents. Medium sweetness graces the tongue with equal parts caramel and honey, and a creamy biscuit-like flavor.
The hops simply bloom on the middle palate, revealing its depth of complexity one flavor at a time. Citrusy flavors of under ripened citrus leads to white grapefruit, orange and lemon before the tangy exotic fare of tropical pineapple mango and gooseberry soon follow. Herbal and woodsy, the finish brings about a peppery bitterness of fresh grass clippings, freshly shaven pine and muddled scallion.
Medium bodied yet trending dry, the beer's early carbonation pulls from the ale swiftly and allows for a linger of sweetness in finish. Still, the hops win out as they linger hard and long on the after palate with the rinds of citrus and earthen botanicals in tow.
