A delightful French Pilsner. Similar to an American Pilsner, but with a touch more sweetness and floral notes. All proceeds from this brew are donated to Operation Secret Santa, a local non-profit that gets presents to kids in need.

Brewed for charity but also made for lager-loving tastebuds, Ethereal Brewing looks to France and their slightly unique take on Pilsner for a simple yet comforting beer flavored beer.
Pere Noel pours with a bright golden chrome appearance, teeming with bubble and fueling a stark white froth. As a delicate and floral scent of flower arrangements, light fruitiness and fragrant grasses greet the nose, its taste of fresh bread and a hint of powdered sugar highlights the early palate.
As the crisp and clean lager flows along the middle palate, a drying palate favors the hops and the hop spices that turn from floral to a more lemony and apple-like fruitiness. Balancing with peppery bitterness, the session shifts to herbal grasses, brisk tea and a nealry minty late taste once the lighter alcohol gets involved.
Light, crisp and totally refreshing, the near flawless lager is faintly different than the premium lagers of Germany and certainly more flavorful and fuller than American counterparts, Ethereal hits a home run with this charitable ale.
