Working with Mirror Twin Brewing, Ethereal is forced to face their reflections and find themselves in a triple IPA that has us all standing beside ourselves.
Dense and firmly packed with haze, Reflections in the Ether carries a pastel straw hue with a fluffy white crown. With a bold and fruity display of hops, the nose leads with tropical, berry and citrus, and a backdrop of perfumy stem and leaf. As its creamy sweetness wets the tongue, the malts carry impressions of shortcake, cookie dough and agave sweetness.
The explosion of Nectaron, Citra, & Sultana Salvo hops deliver on promises of peach, apricot and mango with a tangy sense of under ripened orange, gooseberry and lemon. Suggestions of kiwi, grapefruit and light pineapple all seem to explore the tastebuds ahead of a spicy late palate of green tea, verbena, sassafras and jazz cabbage.
Spicy vodka-like alcohol carry its own peppery warmth, the hop resins attempt to balance the cereal sweet grains into a long malty-sweet and spicy afterglow.

(This is a Triple NEIPA) Can; pours pale yellow with lingering head. Nose is grapefruit rind-y. Flavors are good, but not face punching, finish does not suggest you're into a 10%er.
