Mexican Lager brewed with a delightful citrusy lime kiss that makes this lager the patio crusher of the summer.

Very clear pale yellow in color. Not much head. Nose is the typical cerveza with a hint of lime. Slightly salty and slightly lime on flavor with no bitterness. Certainly a lawnmower beer.

Strike up the lawnmowers and prepare the patios, Ethereal is crushing them with a citrusy cerveza that'll make you say, "what heat?"
Built with a slight haze, the otherwise bright straw lager comes tall and frothy before luring the senses with brisk citrus, a mildly sweet perfume and a fresh bready scent. Proving to be a fast guzzler, Lime Time refreshes the palate with a softness of cereal grains, crisp wafer-like malts and a dash of powdered sugar for a short but stern sweetness.
As the ample carbonation ushers away the bulk of sweetness, the pop of lime stands tall against a backdrop of dry malt, apple, lemon and pear esters. Trending bright and playfully tangy, the limes join a mild hop bitterness for just enough of an herbal offset to grain sweetness carrying into finish.
Light, crisp and refreshing throughout, this is a multiple drinker that's a quenching as it is characterful, finishing decidedly citrusy with a backbone of lager doing its part in solidarity and support.
