Out to prove that big things come in small packages, Ethereal rolls all of the wholesome goodness of Cascade and Simcoe hops, and then finishes with Citra for a hop bomb of a beer in a firecracker size.
Pouring cloudy lemon in color, Lil Whispy floats a cottony white froth along with a drift of citrus, herb, tropical fruit and botanicals along the nose. As a crisp and dry cereal taste bounces off of the tastebuds, early impressions of dry wafer and a pep of honeysuckle make first impressions.
As its carbonation races out of suspension, the middle palate is alive with hop aromatics, flavor and tanginess, capturing the essence of white grapefruit, under ripened orange, young mango, kiwi, lemon and white grape. All draped in a juiciness of honeydew and the session is ready to dive into a drying but smooth bitterness of citrus peel, hemp and green tea.
Light, crisp and refreshing, Ethereal shows that all the flavor of hazy can come in a much more sessionable form.
