Dark reddish brown with off white head. Nose is like hard candy, think hoarhound candy or dark molasses. Tobacco flavor initially that fades to bitter malty flavor.

Named after pegan gods but built around a nearly as historic dark lager flavor, Ethereal's dopplebock lager simply tastes like history.
Dark garnet and brown, Baphomet builds a dense but short statured froth and a strong savory scent of coffee, cake, cocoa and toasted nuttiness. Malty-sweet and favoring the sweet tooth, deeply caramelized flavors of toffee, maple and molasses come to mind as a toasted fruitiness of stone fruit add a light sherry-like vinous character. Draped in flavors of coffee, cocoa and toast, the flavors slowly develop into a coffee-like bitterness and a long savory sweet finish akin to a light barleywine.
