Lost but never forgotten, Ethereal brewers bring us a hoppy amber ale that's sure to drink like man's best friend. Easy drinking, characterful and smooth, this beer for a cause makes for a fine bar companion.
Deep amber and carrying a modest haze, Happy Tails floats a creamy, sandy froth with a bright scent of caramel wrapped citrus, mild herb and toasted sweetness. Caramel sweetness splashes the tongue with toasted grain, nuttiness and subtle hints of honey. As the hops balance the sweetness, they bring suggestions of white grapefruit and orange peel with hints of pineapple and apricot. Training into a sprucy finish, the ale trends snappy, dry and drinkable.
Medium bodied and finishing dry and bitter-sweet, this American amber ale is like a blast from the past for the tastebuds.
