For those times when double and triple just aren't enough, a beer the fourth power is in order. Ethereal and Butchertown brewers get together for bigness.
Beast From The Northeast rears its beautiful head by pulling a creamy froth from a hazy goldenrod body. As a powerful scent of citrus and tropical fruit link up with stone fruit, herbal grasses and sprucy spice, the taste first leads with a creamy and sweet taste of guava-laced cereal, poundcake and a hint of icing. Pulling from the cornucopia of aromas, the hops quickly control the session with a bold and juicy display of mango, pineapple, apricot and orange. More subtle hints of peach, pawpaw and papaya trail into a fruit cocktail of a session. Trending spicy and bitter, the taste taste shows a hop balance of fruit rinds, fragrant grasses, fresh spruce, verbena, tea leaf and botanical gin-like spice.
Full bodied, creamy and quite warming, the effects of the alcohol play out like curacao liquor with and extended peppery prickle.
