In a warming and campfire twist, Ethereal brewers goes outside to bring their s'mores to the fabled world of Baba Yaga. Dressed in sweet, savory and creamy flavors, this stout is packed with fireside treats.
Jet black and floating a thin espresso creme, S'mores Baba Yaga swirls about senses with deep espresso roast, dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla and toasted marshmallow in true s'mores fashion. Early sweetness slathers the tastebuds with blackstrap molasses, dark chocolate, caramel, toffee and sweet cream ahead of more dark roast coffee, granola nuttiness and smokey char for more savory effects. Trailing into a spicy blend of kahlua and bourbon, the late taste is bittersweet with coffee, woods and barrel nuances before wrapping in the uniqueness of chocolate, graham cracker and marshmallow.
Full bodied, pleasantly chewy resonating more with vanilla, nuttiness and cocoa, the session might be off-s'mores, but it is a delicious complement to any cool night or warm fire.
