Built for maximum efficiency, it doesn't matter if you are celebrating or mourning, Ethereal's tripel IPA helps you get there in a hurry.
Arriving at the bar with a cloudy golden-orange, Decatron Vol. II floats a creamy white froth and a juicy, spicy, fruit filled scent of citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit with a soft herbal essence. Creamy sweetness acts as a malty buffer, coating the tongue with creamy wheat, silky oats and pastry density. Here come the hops- washing the middle palate with a tropical medley of mango, passionfruit and pineapple with a backup of citrusy tangerine and white grapefruit. All wrapped in a juiciness of apricot, peach and pawpaw, the session steers toward a spicy finish of alcohol and herb in a most gin-like way.
Full bodied, smooth and spicy with bitterness, the beer is delicious enough to drink quickly but strong enough to say you shouldn't.
