Amber body; thick head. Malty aroma with a mild spiciness. Cereal grain flavor with a twinge of hop bitterness; slowly developing chili pepper presence. Medium body; chili heat; mainly dry finish.
Nice, flavorful APA with just the right touch of chili warmth.
Additional notes: 35 IBU. An American IPA aged on ghost chili salsa.
