A Blonde Ale with more character than is typical for the style. We like to call it a “Brewer’s Blonde” given it’s full flavored profile and higher than typical ABV.
Aroma of a subtle, malty sweetness. Flavors of fresh baked bread, hints of wheat, and light citrusy undertones from the Cascade hops. Medium body and carbonation.

Pours a gold color with a minimal white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of grains with floral notes. Taste is tangy with a slightly bitter finish. Crisp and dry.

I am sharing a can of this beer with my BRAH-in-law whom brought it to my parents house for the fourth of July. The beer poured a clear golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle grain notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good sweet malt base with biscuit yeast presence. I am not getting much citrus tho as the can would suggest. The mouthfeel was medium in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
