Cherry colour, clear. Pink foam, medium-high, with medium to low persistence. No decoration.
Aroma of subsidised (compost) forest fruits. It is sweet and of medium intensity.
Taste seemingly sour, but well sweetened. It is as if a grandmother prepared a compote for her grandchildren but this turned out to be too sour, so she decided to sweeten it well.
Saturation medium. Body medium. Smooth texture. Aftertaste sweet with a slight fruity acidity.
