Poured an amber body with little head and bit of lace. Aroma balances caramel malt with touches of citric hops. Taste/mouthfeel not as balanced as aroma as beer is dry & bitterly citric hopped that finishes grainy and somewhat harsh; caramel malt is subdued and doesn't offer much sweetness, nor does this beer become one of those enjoyable hopped up ambers b/c the hops never really come together to form a congruent, well-tasting beer.
