Canned 4/6/17
16 oz. can poured into a becher.
Huge three finger head on this one! I poured the second can conservatively with little change, same big white, lasting foam pillow with sticky lacing. The body is murky, kind of an orange, brownish amber with visible white, suspended sediments that look like bits of oat. The nose is a moderate mix of sweet malt and citrusy hops with a nice aroma that is a cross between tangerine and mango. Taste is in line with the nose with a nice hop bitterness and some oat flavor/ feel. It finishes semi-sweet with a bit of astringency, which is my only knock. It's a little frothy with a nice medium body and good carbonation making this a good, refreshing, fairly easy drinking beer. The kind that I like during the spring.
