Our Helles is brewed with a blend of German base malts, and hopped solely with a traditional German varietal. A tinge of malt sweetness compliments the classic German hop character. Fermented with our favorite house lager yeast and cold conditioned for 12 weeks.

16 ounce can poured into a dimpled mug.
Canned: a few days ago.
The gold body is clear with some chill haze and has a steady stream of rising bubbles feeding more than one inch of thick foam with larger bubbles mixed in. Head retention is good and some lacing is present. The nose is full of malty sweet bread and grain aroma with a nice compliment of spicy and floral hops that are more sweet than perfume like. Taste opens with medium sweet biscuit and grain malt but settles a bit allowing the hop flavors through for a more balanced finish. Medium in body and carbonation, mostly soft but drying enough at the finish for a touch of crispness. Very enjoyable and easy to drink.

A smooth, easy drinking helles lager. Looks beautiful with a fluffy head and nice lacing. Light floral hop aroma and flavor. A lovely, light beer but flavorful beer that is perfect for summer.
