Drevo—our oak aged pilsner.
This beer was seven months in the making and a true learning experience for us as brewers. After an initial fermentation period we aged this pilsner in 500L french oak puncheons for several months. The resultant beer is bright (truly one of the clearest unfiltered beers we have produced) and crisp with notes of floral czech hops, lemon zest, and a faint hint of wine spritzer.
Drevo is the first in a continued line of barrel aged lagers that we hope to release in the coming year.
