Half Day is an American wheat ale brewed with a hefty portion of red wheat and lightly dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria. We ferment this ale at very warm temperatures with a distinct yeast strain from Lithuania.

Cloudy gold appearance with a large white head and a fair amount of lacing. Herbal, fruity aroma with a citrusy edge. Wheaty, earthy, herbal taste along with a bit of spice in the background. Some lemon floating around aw well. Finishes on a dry note. Medium-to-light bodied, moderately carbonated mouthfeel.
