Smoked IPA brewed with peaches and aged in Pinot Gris Barrel. One could expect something special, and it is. It's original alright but it lacks of balance makes it a bit of a deception. The peach and acid pinot gris notes are present. The hops are not really there as I wouldn't call it an IPA. The smokiness is the same as some German Rauchbier. Fun to try but I wouldn't go back to it
