Cloudy light gold color. Moderate head which leaves a couple of streaks.
There's a bit of light sourness like cream which is turning.
The taste is not like the soft Kölsch from Cologne. This has a more aggressive soured mash malt base. It's almost like a homebrewed pale ale. The finish features a stronger hop bite than the style as well. Basically, this is a poorly made pale ale.
