First stop in Phoenix Mother Bunch Brew Co. Read great things so I figured I'd give it a try. Not to mention a saison on tap!
A- saison de Peche pours a copper orange body that glows within the pint. Minimal head with sticky lacing on the sides. Great carbonation bursting through
S- impressed... A legit blast of peaches coupled with Belgian yeast and a mild barn house funk. Does not seem artificial one bit in terms of the peach aroma. This profile is
T- alright, I'm won over. A legit fruity Belgian yeast that contains straw, grassy, funk and massive peach flavor. The peach component isn't syrupy at all. It partners to create hands down one of the better fruit saisons I've ever had. I love barrel aging components with saisons but this profile is excellent
M- carbonation is prickly with the peach flavor. Absolutely well matched
O- referencing the earlier statement on fruity saisons, this is the best I have ever had. Legit saison that partners with some excellent food as well. Highly recommend this brew as an Arizona must
