A mango-passion fruit berliner, as the name makes obvious.
Small goblet pour. Hazy yellow with a tight and quickly dissipating white head.
Smells tart but not oppressively so. The passion fruit overwhelms the mango, but both work together to smooth out the bacterial tartness.
Tastes more complex than it smells. Ripe tropical fruits smooth out sharp, stinging berliner bacteria. The finish is a little rough. This isn't *excellently* composed, but it's done well enough.
