Chocolate black brown color with a good syrup like texture without the thinness.
Smell resembles tiramasu. Cinnamon and vanilla spice notes. Light chocolate. Roasted coconut is great. Taste is the same with a good roast at the end.
Feel is milky. Light carbonation.

The Answer Brewpub "Mounds Tiramisu"
$4.50 / 5 oz. at the brewery on 17 June 2017
Note: 10% ABV
Appearance: Black-brown body beneath a creamy tan head that holds pretty well and leaves some decent lacing behind.
Smell: Coconut and soft dark chocolate.
Taste: Toasted coconut, rich dark chocolate, mild black coffee, some alcohol. It's sweetish but not "sweet", and certainly not sticky or cloying. It finishes mostly dry with a light edge of roastiness and a spritz of alcohol.
Feel: Full, smooth, very creamy body with a low level, fine-bubbled carbonation.
Overall: Another impressive dessert beer from The Answer. This seems to have become a specialty of theirs.

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter. Had a jet black color and an opaque texture. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Average lacing.
S: A very nice aroma of chocolate, malt, light hops, and coffee as well.
T: Tasted of a decent amount of roasted malt, a bunch of coffee, a hint of hops (just in the finish), lots of dark chocolate, a bit of coconut and a sweet, sugary element. A nice, big flavor that pretty mimics the flavor of tiramisu. Quite complex and easy to drink.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: Mounds Tiramisu is an incredibly solid and drinkable stout. Well done.

Imperial oatmeal stout with Italian tiramisu coffee, dark chocolate and toasted coconut. Tastes as described, great job infusing flavors into a stout.
