Loaded with apricots. This is is simply probably the best berlinerweisse I've had. I have honestly daydreamed about it.

My first beer from The Answer - arrived in a 32 oz crowler as part of a trade.
Pours a completely hazy and luminous yellow-orange. An aggressive pour yields a large, billowing white heady but it very quickly dissipates down to nothing.
Huge nose of straight apricot meat and flesh. Definitely getting a lot of fleshy, earthy, dry funk at the back end of the initial blast of tart fruit.
Very pleasantly tart taste throughout. Wouldn't call it full-on sour but it's definitely puckering with a large swig. The fruit flavor is slightly more subtle here than in the nose but is still excellent.
Full mouthfeel, especially for the low alcohol content. Perfect amount of carbonation and tartness; medium-dry finish.
Definitely one of the strongest examples of the Berliner Weisse style I've had to date. Pretty exemplary fruited-sour right here.
