Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a snifter, the beer is a rose-pink coloring with a fluffy, white head. Aromas of tart dark cherries, earthy tones, and a solid funk. Solid sour and yeasty funk aromas. Flavors are very tart forward, balanced with blood orange tart and sweet, with very tart cherry notes, and a subtle acidity. Light, crisp, and dry, with a white grape must, blood orange tart, and cherry sweet aftertaste. The finish is tart, dry, and crisp. Very refreshing beer.

Pours a gorgeous light pink with a tight fizzy head with immaculate retention. Gorgeous berliner.
Nose is sour citrus.
Taste follows but nice malt backbone here with some hop notes along with the bright sour fruit flavors that are very forward and a medium-high level of pucker.
Feel is full, well rounded, definitely a big drying effect from the sour aspects.
Easy drinking, but full bodied enough that it's not something that will be downed in seconds. Would definitely love to have this again. World class for the style.
