Poured on tap at the brewpub and served in a tulip, the beer is a deep, vibrant, brownish-black coloring, with no head. Oily thick. Nose of rich milk chocolate, toasted coconut, sugary maple, and roasted coffee and cream. Flavors are insanely rich and sweet forward, heavy on chocolate and maple. Wow, this is amazing. Following character of toasted coconut, adding even more layers to this, all on a sweet coffee and cream backbone. Smooth, creamy, layered body, with a candy-like chocolate, coconut, and maple aftertaste. Smooth, creamy finish, with a sugary, candy chocolate and maple linger. Amazing beer.
