Crowler filled on 9/23/16
Nebulous gold color under a slim creamy white head. Spicy dank hop aroma...berries, pine sap, tangerines, pineapple juice, passion fruit, apricots, and grassy herbs. Hoppy Mosaic-forward flavor: pulpy grapefruit juice, pine needles, oily resins, and pineapple. Medium bodied, smooth, dry, and moderately bitter. Really good stuff - Mosaic wins the battle against Galaxy here and I'm okay with that. Dank hop juice.
