Poured on tap at the brewpub in a snifter, the beer is an opaque, peach coloring, with a dingy, white head. Aromas of fresh grapefruit, orange, peach, and dank, grassy hops. Flavors are tart grapefruit juice forward, acidic and sweet, with dried grass and piney overtones. Smooth, dry bodied, with a grassy and citrus aftertaste. Perfectly balanced, even with the grapefruit spike. Smooth, dry finish, with a solid citrus linger. Great beer!

Overall, this came off a lot like an "Imperial" radler. Overwhelming grapefruit but not in an artificial kind of way. Was really like a beer, juice thing. The bitterness was all the grapefruit's doing and very little if any malt presence, save for a sweetness lingering on the tongue. Alcohol is totally and completely masked. Not even a hint of heat or booziness.
