Poured on tap in a snifter, the beer is a hazy, opaque, purple color, with a foamy, white head. Nose of tart blueberry, sweet strawberry, sour overtones, and subtle funk. Flavors are very tart and sour forward, with a solid blend of blueberry and strawberry, notes of lemon juice and white grape must, and subtle funk. Light and crisp, with a tart and sour fruit blend aftertaste. Crisp, slightly astringent finish, with a tart fruit linger. Delicious!

Hazy pink body with a dense cap of pinkish foam. Strawberries dominate the aroma, followed by blueberries, berry skins, light funk. Fruity flavor, with a gentle and elegant balance of sweet and sour. Nice and juicy. Light to medium bodied. Tasty.
