Crowler given to me by an awesome dude- filled 5/16
Poured into speiglau glass

First off, I have to say that the crowler art is awesome! Light lemony yellow color with the thinnest haze. Perfect white foam tops this brew. Not too familiar with lulpin powder, but it must be what makes the taste dry and bitter as shit! Mosaic presence is minimal at best. The nose here is more smokey, like a Belgian geuze. Sharp grapefruit and other citrus hits hard here with a bit of green onion. Earthy funk, like liquid incense sticks lingers. Feel is thin and finishes with a clean, fresh, bitter hop spike, then nothing.

 

 

 

 

Crowler filled 05/10

Solidly hazy yellow color with a short, but sticky pure-white head. Vibrant hoppy aromas of pink grapefruit, blueberries, pineapple, and melon with an underlying green herbal dankness. Flavor is straight Mosaic: tangerine, berries, scallion, peach, and grassy greenness. Fluffy soft at the outset, lingering hop oils, pretty dry in the finish. Screams Mosaic loud and clear - can't complain about that.
