Very hazy, light yellow beer with a stark white head providing a stubborn curtain of lacing. Nose is primarily a grapefruit fest. Any residual effect is that of a slight grassy thing and a hint of lemon zing. Taste is a bitter, almost chalky grapefruit punch to the tongue. It gets down a little earthy once the after taste kicks in, but otherwise it's a solid, lighter bodied bitterfest.
