L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter. Had a reddish-purple color and a thick consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, off white, fairly long-lasting head. Average lacing. Looks more like a fruit smoothie than a gose, but that's not an issue.
S: A nice, super sweet aroma of raspberries, passion fruit, and a bit of wheat as well.
T: Tasted of a whole lot of the advertised passion fruit, a bunch of raspberries (this more than anything), light wheat notes, a tinge of salt, and a hint of another sweet fruit. A very fruity flavor that's light and effervescent, and easy to drink. Extremely tasty.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a smooth and lively finish. Light-bodied.
O: This beer won't appeal to purists, but if you're feeling adventurous, give this a try. Well done.
