Fully opaque tan-yellow with a creamy thick white collar and a bubbly film.
Smell is faint pine, citrus and lightly dank mint.
Taste is tangy orange and lemon juice laced with a bitter hop bite of pine, grapefruit pith and aspirin.
Frothy and soft, it thins in the middle when the papery carbonation cuts through, finishing semi-wet.

Enjoyed on draft before the New Year, enjoying and reviewing from crowler slightly after the New Year. The pour is an unappealing cloudy piss, but with a full finger of head that dissipates pretty quickly, leaving a bit of lacing behind. Fortunately, everything else about the beer is marvelous. Lots of lemongrass, pine, cilantro, pineapple, on the nose, with a touch of orange to round out the citrus notes. Moderately full-bodied, heavier than expected for 5.5% abv, but exceedingly smooth and featuring a bit of guava and papaya on the palate in addition to what initially came through on the aromas. Very well done for a nigh-sessionable IPA.

Crowler filled 10/21/17
Hazy yellow hue with a tall foamy white head. Zesty oily hop aromas...mango puree, orange, green herbs, and subtle pineapple over a slice of yellow cake. Resinous Mosaic hop character provides a colorful variety of flavors: mango, blueberry, grapefruit, apricot. Medium-light, frothy feel with a nice dry finish. Delicious easy-drinkin' Mosaic juice.
